Prosper A. Boudart, a dedicated resident of Charlestown, passed away on August 24, 2024, at the age of 90. He was known for his commitment to serving on the Board of Elections and Ethics Commission and for always advocating for the best interests of the town. His thoughtful insights at town meetings were deeply valued, and his absence will be keenly felt by all who knew him.
