This morning, we will be sending out the utility bills for the 4th Quarter of 2024 via email, with physical copies scheduled to be mailed out this afternoon.

Important Reminders:
- Utility bill payments for the 4th Quarter are due by Tuesday, February 11th.
- You can access our new online payment portal to check your account status, view your current bill, or make a payment by following this link: EdmundsGovPay.com/Charlestown. The portal is accessible 24/7.
- If you’d like to set up auto-pay through our Online Payment Portal, please do so by Monday, February 3rd, for 4th Quarter payments.
- If you expect your quarterly bill via email but do not find it in your inbox today, please check your spam and trash folders. Adding our email, staff@charlestownmd.org, to your contact may help prevent this issue.
