Dear Residents,

We are excited to announce that our new Resident Reporting Form is now live!

While we still welcome phone calls and emails, we have introduced this new form to make it more convenient for you to report any public works issues that you may come across in our town. Whether it’s a pothole, broken street light, or an empty dog waste station, the reporting form is user-friendly and simple to submit.

To report an issue, please access the Resident Reporting Form on our app or visit our website at https://www.charlestownmd.org/resident-reporting-form/.

Please keep in mind that this form should be used for non-emergency issues only. Any critical or time-sensitive matters should still be reported by calling Town Hall at 410-287-6173 (choose option 1 for Town Staff during business hours, or option 7 for the Public Works Supervisor during or after business hours).
